Vintage Estate

Vintage Estate is comprised of the Vintage and Villagio Inn properties and it was also the focus of an amazing restoration project by Hirsch Bedner Associates. Guests are greeted with a warm arrival experience passing through a new open-air portico and outdoor fireplace, and will then be introduced to the guestrooms, all of which have the beds and wood-burning fireplaces as focal points.

Grosvenor House

One of the most amazing restoration processes made by Hirsch Bedner Associates in order to celebrate the hotel’s rich history. Among the more relevant changes, we can point to the changing of this hotel’s conventional, dark décor, as well as having the lobby’s traditional fireplace now exchanged for one encased in floor-to-ceiling glass as you can see by the stunning result of the image above.

Fairway One

Last but not least we have the renovation project of Fairway One, one of the most iconic golf properties in the world. By drawing inspiration from the legacy and rich tradition of Pebble Beach, Hirsch Bedner Associates have managed to renovate the design of this space maintaining the tradition while at the same time giving it a refreshed, timeless design aesthetic.
