Abita is a Swiss interior design company that definitely comes off as a good example of a luxury brand with a lot of historical basis and inspiration from Italy. The company is currently managed by Sergio Dentello and it originally began its business all the way back in 1965. Today we’re taking a look at this company’s unique interior design projects.
Abita consists of a top Swiss interior designer firm, located in Lugano, Switzerland. It was established in 2007 despite originally being officially a family business in 1965. Currently, this company is managed by Sergio Dentello.

Abita became famous for its amazing work. It was very fast recognized, which got them the opportunity to display their work worldwide, from West to East of Europe, from near to the Middle East. According to their own homepage, they define themselves as “a net of 20 Companies, each of them focused on a different product, joined together with the same goal: bringing the made in Italy excellence into big contract projects”.
This company’s main goal relies on the display of perfect settings, that aligns beautifully with the luxury concept. According to their words read on their website, “an interior is the natural projection of the soul”, which means that they commit to creating the most amazing design vision.
Sergio Dentello, Sonia Sidotti, Luca Mapelli, Ilenia Prati, Giacomo Maizza, Nertila Guri, Julia Kalinina, Erika Dentello and Francesca Ragusa Van Meer are currently the elements that belong to the same team. They’re known for being in constant contact with their clients, and after recognizing the needs and ideas that they have, the firm projects many suggestions of luxurious settings in that sense.

In regards to fireplaces, the best example we were able to find is this linear fireplace inserted in a chic scenario. This modern fireplace completes the unique setting of the living room composed of green furnishings and wooden elements.
